In Xero Payroll you can Invite an employee to “My Payroll” (the employee portal) so they can view their payslips, request leave, submit timesheets, and approve leave and timesheets if required for other employees. To give an employee access to My Payroll
- Go to Payroll from the top menus then select Employees
- Select the check box next to the employee or employees you want to give access to My Payroll. (You need to check their email address information is correct before you invite them)
- Click on Invite to my payroll at the top of the list under the heading Current Employees
The employee is sent an email with the option to accept the invite. Once they have accepted the invite they can create a Xero account using their email address and creating a password.
The employee can then log in to view payslips and payment summaries, apply for leave and complete timesheets. They can also be set up to approve other employees timesheets and leave Link for details of Invitation to employee to use My payroll https://help.xero.com/au/Payroll-InviteMyPayroll-AU
