We then work with you on an ongoing basis – as little or as much as you need – to develop, implement and measure the success of your Plan.
How it works
There are four levels of BusineXT support. The level you choose will be determined by your needs, but they all start with a Business Fitness Review.
We sit down with you and work through a questionnaire that covers all the key aspects of your business – its history, products/services, staffing, competition and financials.
We talk to you about your goals for your business, and look at how these align with your personal goals.
We then produce a snapshot of your financials and a plan of action to achieve your goals.
If you’re just starting out in business, we also offer neXT Startup to help set you on the right path.
And to assist your cash flow, all BusineXT and neXT Startup support packages are invoiced monthly.
