Recently, one of our clients underwent a random audit by the Fair Work Ombudsman.
They were looking into all aspects of the employer/employee relationship from meeting minimum wage requirements to payslips. Our client was OK except they were not issuing payslips correctly and were fined $180 (although this apparently is on the low side of what they could have been fined).
