In October 2021 we purchased Lister Mason from Stephen who has owned the business since 1989.
Most of you would have had contact with either of us, as Peter has been with Lister Mason since September 2016 and Ian has worked in the business on and off since 2002. The way we interact with our clients and the day to day dealing will not change and you will see no obvious changes.
As a result of the sale, Lister Mason will be changing the entity through which the business operates from Lister Mason Unit Trust to Lintgill Pty Limited. The tax agent registration will also change from tax agent number 24675880 to tax agent number 26103866.
The ATO requires client consent to this transfer. If you do not object to the transfer to the new tax agent number then no action is required. If you do object to the transfer, please contact our office to discuss.
Rest assured that the same service you have come to know and expect from Lister Mason will remain and the people you know and liaise with are still the same.
