Three members of our staff, Ian, Isabella and Cath have undertaken an 8 week challenge with a local gym. Inclusions to the challenge are:
• 3 group exercise sessions per week; consisting of run group, beach fitness on Saturday mornings, weights, bikes, treadmills, interval training, boxing and more
• Eating plan
• Weekly challenges
• Sutherland to Surf training
• Opportunity to complete Australia’s largest purpose built permanent obstacle course at “Challenge Valley”
• Hell Week: This would involve a series of challenges throughout the week, i.e. rising at 3am on one particular day to go “who knows where”. The participants have been advised to take this week off work as the hours will be “HELL”. Let’s see how that goes down with management!!

For those of you whom have been into our office would have noticed that Kevin has also undertaken a challenge of his own with another local gym. He has stuck to a rigorous eating and exercise plan and has gained fabulous results. Well done Kev!!
