Many clients believe they have a business but in most cases they actually really only have a job.
My definition of a business is one that:
1. Not only pays you a relevant salary but earns you a “super” salary by way of profit. You take on both the financial and emotional risk of establishing and running a business which includes the responsibility (and satisfaction) of employing others. You should be rewarded for this.
2. Provides you with assets for your retirement. This can be through establishing an asset that can be sold and/or provide you with sufficient funds for you to invest for your retirement.
If you aren’t doing this in your business, you may as well close it and go and work for someone else as they will pay your wage and your super and you can give up all the responsibility OR
You can contact us to help you make your business a better one. We know all our clients take pride in being a business owner so why not take control of your business, set your goals and start making your business work for you instead of you working for your business.
